Maintenance and Service Plans
If you own or operate multiple buildings, we recommend that
you have them inspected now. As a building owner, Black Roofing,
Inc. knows that you want to provide the necessary maintenance
to your roofing system to help prevent any further deterioration
of your roof. Black Roofing, Inc. can help.
We offer variable annual plans to fit your needs:

Each plan includes the following:
- Emergency Repair Service
- Inspection of the entire roof membrane.
- Inspection of all roof wall, penetration and sheet metal
flashings.
- Inspection of all HVAC equipment for potential leaks.
- Inspection of all tenant improvements which may impact
the water tightness of the roof membrane.
- Clean up all debris.
- Maintain an inspection history log including visual and
written reports.
Many of our emergency service calls could have been prevented
if these roofs had been maintained properly. The cost of premature
roof failure or consequential damages inside the building
are often more on an annual basis than an effective maintenance
program. How can you not afford to maintain your roofs?
