Black Roofing installs all types of tile and slate, synthetic or natural. We install all shingle products, and our crews are skilled in all steeped sloped roof systems.
Black Roofing has installed clay tile on 15 buildings at the University of Colorado, including the last four major projects: The Jennie Smoley Caruthers Biotechnology Building, The Center for Community, The Leeds School of Business and the JILA expansion. Black Roofing also installed the clay tile on Pueblo City Hall, Our Lady of Loreto Catholic Church in Centennial, Colorado, and the Rockwell Hall Addition at Colorado State University.
Black Roofing also specializes in coordinating and installing large apartment house projects, museums, hospitals, and all types of commercial and industrial buildings in the public and private sector.
Commercial low-slope re-roofing and new construction are an important part of Black Roofing's business. We have received numerous awards for roofing projects and have received premium applicator status from most of the major membrane manufacturers.
