Safety Programs

Black Roofing has a very complete and competent safety program. We have a full time field inspector, Macario Sanchez, who regularly visits every jobsite. He is 30 hour OSHA trained with 6 years of full time experience. We also employee a safety consultant for 10 hours per week to help with special training, problems, and to monitor our inspector. We have a positive and negative rewards system. Our workers are rewarded monthly and yearly for good performance and fined specifically for job violations. An employee can be terminated for too many violations.

The result of our safety program is one of the lowest workmen’s compensation experience modification of any roofing contractor in the state.
