Residential Waterproofing

We specialize in waterproofing plaza decks, balconies, patios, foundation walls (both positive and blind side applications), garden roofs, planters and architectural paver and pedestals systems.

We have two experienced crews who work on both residential and commercial projects. Our commercial work includes the Denver Justice Center, The Botanical Gardens, The Denver Contemporary Art Museum, The University of Colorado and Denver University as an example.

We are certified applicators for American Hydrotech, Grace, Carlisle, Tremco and Gaco Western.
