Drain Board

Drain board is a composite plastic dimpled board covered in geo-fabric. This creates a void space between the dirt and foundation for the water to run down to the perimeter drains. This is attached to the foundation walls with glue or nails with a washer. Walkout foundations and foundations with a large amount of hillside above them will benefit from the use of a drainage mat attached to the foundation walls.
