"Gabor came to our home and made a thorough inspection of our nineteen-year old concrete tile roof. He walked the entire roof very carefully, taking pictures of any issues he saw. He submitted a five-page photo rich report and, although there were three minor cracks, he advised against repairs at this time as the roof was in otherwise good condition. Other contractors may have recommended unnecessary repairs and many would have charged for the inspection. We appreciate Gabor's conservative approach and if problems develop Black Roofing is at the top of our list to do the work. He was personable, on time, patient with our questions, comprehensive, and knowledgeable."
